BioHello Mates, My names Sam. I started this journal awhile ago to vent. I use it a lot for diet entries and advice. Praying that someone that knows what i am going through will read it and maybe comment me and help me out a little. My goal in life to is be at a healthy weight and be at a healthy happiness if that is at all possible. My main hobbies are writing and dieting, i'm currently religously following the JUDDD diet and i can't wait to see what this brings. I am making changes in my life and i'm hoping that you guys will be willing to read through my life with me.
